These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Black Urban Limousine Company ,By utilizing our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Reservation

Bookings are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee availability for last-minute bookings.

2. Payment and Billing

Payment is required in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon. Additional charges may apply for extended service hours, waiting times, tolls, parking fees, and other miscellaneous expenses. These charges will be clearly communicated and added to the final bill.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made in advance and are subject to our cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may result in a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 2 hours plus the drivers travel time will be considered as a fully billable cancellation. Refunds for cancellations will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

4. Conduct and Behavior

We expect all Clients to treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. Any damage to the vehicle caused by a Client's actions may result in repair or replacement fees.

5. Delays and Incidents

While we strive for punctuality, unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

6. Liability

In the event of vehicle breakdowns or incidents, Black Urban will provide a replacement vehicle whenever possible. Black Urban is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left in our vehicles. We are not responsible for any delays or missed appointments due to traffic conditions, road closures, accidents, or other unforeseen events.

Black Urban respects your privacy. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
